Colorful wedding flowers

I love the look of colorful wedding flowers. To me they feel like spring and sunshine and happiness. There are certain tricks to making your colorful wedding flowers pop in a classy way.

If you are set on having a colorful wedding use these tips and tricks to pull it off with grace and style:

  1. Hire A Florist - I know this is common since but seriously, hire a professional. Florist aren’t just talented with flowers. We have spent a lot of time cultivating color theory and learning what colors and shades go well together. If you want to have a colorful wedding done in a tasteful way, this is a must have. I encourage you to make your desires known and then trust your florist to pull it all together.

  2. Book The Right Venue-If you want to create a similar look to the photos below, you need the right venue. In order for your colorful wedding flowers to pop and look sophisticated you need a neutral setting (preferably white). Colorful flowers can look to “loud” or tacky in the wrong setting. You have made an investment in the aesthetics of your wedding, if you have booked florals. It would be a waste to have those florals placed in the wrong type of setting.

  3. Hire The Right Photographer-If flowers are one of your top priorities for your wedding, then you will want to remember them as they were on your wedding day. When thinking about who you should hire for your wedding photos, consider a photographer who edits in a “true to color” style. My personal preference is true to color, light and airy, but not blown out. It’s okay if you don’t know what these terms mean. Your photographer will know exactly what you are talking about.

If you love the look created below, we would be honored to bring these florals to life for you on your wedding day! To schedule a consultation click here.
